Who we are
This site is run by Therapport Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 10839965, with its registered office at 6a Bessborough Place, London SW1V 3SG. We let therapy rooms, meeting rooms and office space at two addresses in London.
For the information collected through this website, Therapport Limited is the data controller. We are not a clinical service and we do not hold clinical records. If you are a client of a practitioner who rents a room from us, your therapy notes are theirs, not ours — ask them for their own privacy policy.
What we collect, and why
We collect as little as we can, and only for reasons we can state plainly.
Enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, preferred location and anything you write in the message box. We use these to answer your enquiry about renting a room. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, in responding to someone who has approached us.
The page you enquired from — recorded automatically with the form, so we know which room or location you were looking at.
A Google click identifier — if you reached us by clicking one of our Google adverts, Google adds an identifier to the web address you arrive on. We keep it for your browsing session only and send it with your enquiry if you send one, so we can tell which advert brought you to us. It is not a cookie, it says nothing about you personally, and it is discarded when you close the tab. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, in knowing which advertising is worth paying for.
The time you sent an enquiry — recorded with the form, for the same reason.
Analytics — how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they came from, in aggregate. Lawful basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
Correspondence — emails and call notes, kept while we are dealing with your enquiry and for a period afterwards.
We do not ask for, and would rather not receive, any health information through this website. If you are enquiring about a room you do not need to tell us anything about your clients.
Enquiry forms and storage in the United States
The enquiry forms on this site are handled by HubSpot, which acts as a processor on our behalf. When you submit a form, what you have typed is stored in our HubSpot account.
Our HubSpot account stores its data in the United States. That means an enquiry sent from the United Kingdom is transferred outside the UK. The transfer is covered by HubSpot’s own safeguards for international transfers, including the standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum to them, and by our contract with HubSpot as processor.
We are stating this plainly because you are entitled to know where your information goes before you decide to send it. If you would rather not have your details stored in the United States, telephone or email us instead of using the form and we will handle your enquiry that way.
The enquiry form works whether or not you accept cookies. Declining cookies does not stop you contacting us.
Cookies and what sets them
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep. This site sets none of the optional ones until you have agreed to them through the banner that appears on your first visit.
One thing we hold is not a cookie and does not wait for the banner: if you arrive from one of our Google adverts, the click identifier in the web address is kept in your browser’s session storage. It is sent with your enquiry if you send one, and your browser discards it when you close the tab. There is more about it under What we collect, and why.
Nothing here is used to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell data to anybody.
Strictly necessary — remembering the cookie choice you made, so we stop asking. Set without consent, because the site cannot honour your choice without recording it.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — counting visits and page views. Loaded only after you accept, with Google Consent Mode set accordingly. Property G-B668YDL8DH.
Google Ads (AW-726878005) — loaded at the same moment as analytics and, like it, only after you accept. Advertising storage stays switched off, so it sets no advertising cookies and cannot personalise adverts to you. It is there to count how many enquiries our adverts lead to, not to follow you.
HubSpot — set when the enquiry form’s scripts load, which happens only after you accept or when you engage with the form.
Embedded maps (OpenStreetMap) — the map on each location page is loaded from openstreetmap.org, which may see your IP address as part of serving the map tiles.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent at any time. Clearing this site’s cookies through your browser settings will reset the banner, and it will ask again on your next visit.
Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection. It does not retrospectively delete what was already collected, though you can ask us to do that separately.
How long we keep things
We do not keep information indefinitely on the grounds that it might come in useful.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking — kept for up to two years, then deleted.
Enquiries from practitioners who go on to rent — kept for the length of the arrangement and for six years afterwards, which is what our accountants and HMRC require.
Analytics — retained in Google Analytics for the period set on the property, currently fourteen months.
Correspondence — reviewed periodically and deleted when there is no longer a reason to keep it.
Who else sees it
Only the organisations below, each acting under contract and each processing on our instructions rather than for their own purposes.
HubSpot — enquiry forms and the record of enquiries. Data stored in the United States.
Google (Analytics 4) — aggregate site statistics, once you have consented.
Our hosting provider — serving the pages you are reading.
Our accountants — where an enquiry has become a paying arrangement and the records form part of our books.
We do not share enquiry details with the practitioners who rent from us, and we do not pass your details to any other business for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to do any of the following, free of charge, and we will reply within one month.
Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy of it.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete what we hold, where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
Stop using it for a particular purpose, or restrict what we do with it while a dispute is resolved.
Withdraw consent, where consent is what we relied on.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Terms of use
You may read, print and link to anything on this site for your own use. The text, photographs and design belong to Therapport Limited or are used with permission, and you should not republish them elsewhere without asking us first.
We try to keep the site accurate, but prices, availability and room details change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a letting arrangement exists only once we have agreed it in writing with you. Where a figure is shown as a starting price, the rate for a particular room and time is confirmed with your enquiry.
The availability figures on this site come from our booking webapp and describe recurring weekly bookings rather than who is physically in a room at a given moment. They are given in good faith and are not a guarantee that a slot is free.
Where we link to another website — a practitioner directory, a mapping service, a transport or parking page — we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes to this page
We update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top tells you when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we handle enquiry data we will say so on the page rather than leaving you to spot it.
